Return Policy

At Bill & Bonnie Melbourne, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.


Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Fitting the item is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.

  • The return of products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not allowed.


Return Process

  • Register your return by emailing info@billbonniemelbourne.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  • You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  • We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.


Refund

After the item is received at the return address and the product's condition is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of the order being placed.
